| Qualifications: B.E. Civil / B.Tech. (Civil) |
Age : 40 to 45 yrs. |

Experience: Min. 20 to 25 years of exclusive experience in Construction industry.
Knowledge of MS Project and experience in handling construction of high rise residential apartments / town houses / row houses / resorts & hotels / malls/ multiplex /commercials. Good Communication & Leadership Skills are essential. Experience in use of Mivan shuttering equipment will be preferred. |

Experience: Min. 5 to 10 years of experience on working of quantities from drawings, estimation, rate analysis etc. The billing work will include efficient billing, knowledge of taxation, settlement of extra claims, rate analysis etc. Computer knowledge of MS Office & Auto CAD is must. ERP experience will be an added advantage.
Exposure and experience in ISO procedures will be desirable. |
